Work Meeting - Josh

So I had a training meeting this weekend. As always, I took the opportunity to paint. 

This is Josh. He has worked with me, helping one particular case. This is a pretty good likeness of him.

I am a little unhappy with how big the head looks. Part of it is the foreshortened arms and it looks odd with the baggy clothing.
